Record Retention

We will hold and maintain your medical records for you until the statute of limitations runs out. We will perform record releases and maintainence as needed so you do not have to.

IPS will also hold your business records as well and perform any necessary tasks upon inquiries to your practice. IPS will minimize your practice liability from unauthorized or incorrect disclosures of information.

EHR Data Entry

If your practice is changing EHR systems, there are many fields that cannot be migrated correctly into a new system. Let the IPS staff assist with the success of your new system by keying in data from your old system to ensure information is available for provider decision making.

Backup/Disaster Recovery
